Mix 100 g of cottage cheese (10% fat) with 2 tablespoons whole milk. Add 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs, pepper and salt. Put the cooked rice per serving. Drink 2 cups of green tea Lunch: rice with fish and vegetables. Fillet of sea bass (150) pour 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Boil 50 grams of rice. 250 g of blended vegetables boiled in 250 ml of broth for 10 minutes. Cut slices of vegetables and fish, mix with rice. Drink 200 ml of kvass and 2 glasses of mineral water without gas. Snack: granola with yogurt. Cut an apple. Stir in 1 tablespoon of oatmeal, mixed with 100 ml of yogurt.
